GPS-verified photo capture
Every photo and video embeds GPS coordinates at the moment of capture, with a 5-metre accuracy threshold enforced in production. Coordinates are embedded as metadata, not post-processed.

Dictate observations hands-free. Voice recordings are transcribed and structured into inspection items using Vertex AI (Google Gemini), so documentation happens while you work.
Offline-first sync

AS 4349.1 backbone
Reports follow the AS 4349.1 standard structure: general property description, accessibility assessment, a conclusion, and real Australian inspection terms and conditions.
Severity grading and Summary of Findings
Findings are graded Safety Hazard, Major Defect, or Minor Defect, and rolled up into a Summary of Findings so the reader sees what matters first.
Accessibility and risk rating
An accessibility assessment records what was and was not inspected, with an undetected-defect risk rating for areas that could not be reached.
Vertical-aware generation
The AI adapts persona, scope, standards, and depth to the job: building, mining, environmental, infrastructure, and commercial inspections each read as they should.
Report-type library
Enable the report types you are licensed for. Pre-Purchase Building, Building Condition, and Visual Plumbing are available by default. Regulated types (Timber Pest AS 4349.3, Electrical AS/NZS 3000) unlock only when current insurance and a recorded licence are on file.
Costed remediation reports
Generate a costed remediation report from the defects found, with trade-rate cost ranges including GST, ready to hand to a client or trade.
Statutory defect schedule
Produce a numbered defect schedule in the standard strata format (Defect number, Level, Area, Location, Observation, Breach, Photograph) straight from the walk-through, built for owners-corporation and defect-liability work.
Collaborative review and sign-off
